Purchase Regret: If you regret your purchase, you can request a refund within 7 days from the date you received the product. To do so, contact us by email at atendimento @canuts.com.br or by phone at (11) 96016-0903 . It is important to keep the product sealed for return and follow the instructions that will be sent. If you cancel your purchase before receiving the product, immediately request a refund by email and refuse to receive the product. Our team may request photos and more information to process the refund.

Right of Withdrawal: In this case, the product must be returned unused and in its original packaging within 7 days from the date of receipt. The refund will be released after receipt and inspection by our Quality Department, provided that the product is in accordance with the stipulated conditions. If there are discrepancies or damages, the product will be returned to the customer without prior notice and there will be no right to reimbursement. Gifts and samples must be returned together with the product, regardless of the reason. The costs for return will be borne by the customer.

Exchange due to Defects or Damage: If the damage is visible at the time of delivery, refuse the product and report it immediately through our customer service channels. You can request a refund for the purchase within 30 days from the date of receipt if the product has damage to its packaging, defects or damage, as long as they are not due to misuse. We will send you a postage authorization so that the product can be returned to our facilities, together with the invoice.

Refund Processing: After approval by the Quality Department, we will send the refund to the credit card used for the purchase. The refund is processed by the card operator and may appear on up to two invoices after the return is completed. If the purchase was made via bank slip, the refund will be made to the bank account of the order holder within 30 business days after the return and approval by the Quality Department.

Shipping of New Product: If you prefer to have a new product shipped instead of a refund, this will be processed within 5 business days after approval by the Quality Department. The delivery time will depend on the zip code provided.
