Ca.Nuts Exchange and Return Policy
At Ca.Nuts, we want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following terms:

Return Period : We accept returns within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

Return Conditions :
- Items must be in their original condition, unused and with all original tags and packaging intact, and not consumed or tampered with.
- Personalized or perishable items are not eligible for return unless they have a manufacturing defect.
- Ca.Nuts reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.

Return Process :
- Please contact our customer service at atendimento@canuts.com.br to start the return process.
- You will be asked to provide information about your order, reason for return, and which items you wish to return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to ship the items back to us.

Reimbursement :
- Once we receive and process the returned items, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 30 business days.
- The refund will only include the value of the returned items, excluding any original shipping charges, unless the returned items are found to be defective.

Exchanges :
- We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may return the original item and make a new purchase.

Shipping Damage or Manufacturing Defects :
- If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
